Three occupants, including a child, were seriously injured in a rear-end collision between four cars on the A10. Another child was also injured.

The accident happened around 5.30 pm on the A10 South near the Overamstel exit. Four cars collided there.
A motorist and a child in one of the cars were seriously injured in the impact. Contrary to an earlier report from the police, a second child in the car was also injured. A passenger in one of the other cars was also seriously injured. All four were taken to a hospital.
Due to the accident, three lanes on the A10 in the direction of the Amstel junction were closed. The police are investigating.
