She was a restless child
Žaneta Fuchsová was a very hyperactive child. That’s why her father signed her up for an audition for a movie Cat prince. She dazzled the jury so much that she earned one of the main roles with her unusually cute audacity and mischievousness that peeked out of her eyes.

Just phenomenal roles
Since then, there has been an avalanche of successful acting ventures. Coby came to the attention of viewers in particular Lucie in the film Lucie, the terror of the street from 1983. It was followed by a sequel…And again that Lucie!, but there were also other important roles such as Eva Holanová in Octopuses from II. floors. In the phenomenal film, she unknowingly gave birth – together with her younger brother Honzík (Milan Šimáček) – to funny octopuses that came to life from ordinary plasticine.
After ten years of acting, she played her last child role in the 1988 film Your bread. She didn’t get into the conservatory, so she applied to the high school of economics. Although offers came even during her studies, she was not allowed to film and after a while the actress was forgotten.

She got to the film again, but by a detour
Fifty-one-year-old Žaneta Fuchsová has several work experiences. In the past, she worked as accountant, secretary, but also as a director’s assistant. And she led her back to the movie. After the production team found out what acting experience Žaneta has, she was given a minor role in the French series about Commissioner Maigret. From there she got to production of the series Family Bonds, in which she again cut a small role, namely a secretary in the Rubeš family’s company. The mother of two children currently works as a successful assistant director and assistant director.
