Jakarta – PT Chery Sales Indonesia announced the arrival of their newest service, which is beneficial for Chery vehicle owners in Indonesia.
In an effort to increase customer satisfaction and facilitate vehicle maintenance and repair, Chery has now introduced a Service Car service by utilizing their flagship SUV.
“The Service Car service is one of the solution services that will be available in all Chery 3S dealer networks,” said President of PT Chery Sales Indonesia and Vice President of Chery International, Shawn Xu in Jakarta, quoted by VIVA Otomotif Friday, 1 September 2023.
Eight units of cars have been handed over to Chery dealer representatives in the Jakarta and surrounding areas as a sign of the beginning of this program.
Chery has selected the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro model as their service vehicle. This vehicle is equipped with a high-powered engine that can handle various terrains, as well as a spacious cabin that can accommodate the necessary tools for vehicle maintenance and repair.
Chery Service Car services are designed to provide an easily accessible experience for consumers. Skilled mechanics will be on hand to assist with repairs and maintenance, both on the road and in the consumer’s home.

CSI After Sales Manager, Reza Deniar said that the company also provides access to this service through the official Chery Call Center and Whatsapp Consumer Group, ensuring fast response and assistance in emergency situations.
“The existence of Whatsapp is meant to make us better known and close, it is a form of our concern for consumers. Not only when experiencing problems, but when you want to share experiences or stories,” he said.
In addition, Chery also offers 6 Star Service which includes periodic maintenance reminders, home serviceservice online booking, free maintenance, emergency serviceand a competitive warranty.
“Not only regular, but there are also minor repairs such as changing the battery or jumperor even parts which can be replaced on site. We are too towing. If, for example, there is a repair or work that cannot be done on site, it will be brought to the nearest dealer,” he explained.
