HP ROG Phone 6 / ANTARA NEWS
JAKARTA, kilat.com- Republic of Gamers (ROG) released the latest smartphone ROG Phone 6 which carries the Qualcomm chipset, namely Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
This smart phone is claimed to offer specifications that can compete with laptop performance and even exceed PCs.
Citing GSM Arena, Wednesday, the ROG Phone 6 series smartphone is armed with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with 4nm fabrication with 3.2 GHz CPU core capabilities.
For ROG Phone 6, there are two RAM configurations offered, namely 12 GB and 16 GB, while for ROG Phone 6 Pro there is only one variant, namely 16 GB.
The chipset is claimed to be able to efficiently power up to 30 percent when compared to the previous chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

On the operating system, this phone uses Android 12 which runs concurrently with ROG UI and Zen UI.
Supporting the satisfaction of playing games, this phone comes with a Samsung manufacturer’s screen, namely AMOLED measuring 6.78 inches with a maximum refresh rate of 165 Hz.
As per its nickname as a “gaming” phone, the large battery embedded in ROG Phone 6 with a 6000 mAh battery size also supports 65 W fast charging which is indeed suitable for its use.
On the camera side, this phone comes with a 50 MP main camera equipped with a 13 MP ultrawide lens and a 5 MP macro lens.
As for the front camera, this phone has a 12 MP camera.

The superior features for “gaming” offered by ROG include two ultrasonic buttons that can be used with nine different functions that can be customized by the user.
In addition, this smartphone is also equipped with “X-Haptic Vibration” technology capable of producing a vibration frequency of up to 130Hz and can increase power efficiency by up to 20 percent.
ROG also introduced the “edge tool” which can display the user’s favorite application on the side of the screen when used to play games without having to leave the game, for example to reply to Whatsapp messages.
Meanwhile, there are two variants on the regular version of the ROG Phone 6 with different storage capacities.
First, 12GB RAM / 256GB ROM is priced at 999 Euros equivalent to Rp. 15 million. Then for 16GB RAM / 512GB ROM which is priced at 1,149 Euros equivalent to IDR 17 million.

Meanwhile, the ROG Phone 6 Pro version comes with only one storage capacity option, namely 18GB RAM / 512GB ROM which is priced at 1,299 Euros equivalent to Rp. 20 million.
