For the purposes of the application of the Order of the Ministry of Health by which the activation of the Territorial Plan of Civil Protection of the Region of Murcia (PLATEMUR) is urged to face the global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) of date March 13, 2020 and this order shall be considered as recreational and leisure establishments, in any case the following:
Cinemas, Theaters, Auditoriums, Circuses, Sports entertainment establishments, Fairgrounds, Casinos, Bingo halls, Game rooms, Betting shops, Sports stadiums, Sports halls, Sports venues, Sports clubs, Skating rinks, Gyms, Swimming pools competition, recreational pools for collective use.
Water parks, Spas, Spaces and thermal pools, Recreational rooms, Multi-park parks, Museums, Libraries, Conference rooms, Multipurpose rooms, Concert rooms, Restaurants, Banquet halls, Cafeterias, Bars, Ice cream parlors, Establishments for zoological, botanical and geological, nightclubs, discotheques, pubs, show cafes, children’s entertainment centers, picnic areas, bullfighting shows.
The catering establishments will be closed to the public, being able to exclusively provide home delivery services or for collection from the premises and home consumption.
For the purposes of the application of the Order of the Ministry of Health by which the activation of the Territorial Plan of Civil Protection of the Region of Murcia (PLATEMUR) is urged to face the global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) of date March 13, 2020 and this order Goods and services of first necessity shall be considered those supplied by the following business establishments:
Intermediaries in the trade of fuels, minerals, metals and industrial chemical products.
Retail trade in non-specialized establishments, with a predominance of food products, beverages and tobacco
Retail trade of fruit and vegetables in specialized establishments
Retail trade of meat and meat products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of fish and shellfish in specialized establishments
Retail trade of bread and bakery, confectionery and pastry products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of beverages in specialized establishments
Retail trade of tobacco products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of food products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of automotive fuel in specialized stores
Retail trade of computers, peripheral equipment and software in specialized stores
Retail trade of telecommunications equipment in specialized establishments
Retail trade of audio and video equipment in specialized establishments
Retail trade of hardware, paint and glass in specialized stores
Retail trade of newspapers and stationery in specialized stores
Retail trade of pharmaceutical products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of medical and orthopedic articles in specialized establishments
Retail trade of cosmetic and hygienic products in specialized establishments
Retail trade of flowers, plants, seeds, fertilizers, pets and food for them in specialized establishments
Internet or mail order retail
In any case, they will be considered included within the concept of trade included in the Order of the Ministry of Health, which urges the activation of the Territorial Plan for Civil Protection in the Region of Murcia (PLATEMUR) to face the global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) dated March 13, 2020, and therefore the following must suspend their activity:
Hairdressing salon, Beauty centers and beauty salons, Manicure and pedicure centers, Massage centers, Waxing centers, Non-sanitary centers for body maintenance services.
I know You can continue developing the activity of selling products with home delivery, taking hygienic measures that guarantee security in delivery.
In the case of collective commercial facilities, such as municipal markets, centers or commercial galleries, commercial activity will be suspended of those establishments integrated in them and not included in the previous list.
In the case of large surfaces, customers will be allowed access exclusively to those areas of the same intended for the activities previously allowed.
The closure will not affect bars and restaurants located in hotel establishments, provided that their activity is strictly limited to their hosted clients or to the workers of the facilities.
In all cases of permitted opening, the permanence of customers will be strictly necessary, safety and hygiene measures must be extreme, maintain the established safety distance between clients, and ensure an adequate flow of entry and exit of these, so that the number of users that enter corresponds to that of those who leave the premises and thus avoiding crowds.
