Jakarta, Selular.ID – Xiaomi is teasing new products for Indonesian consumers. After the Redmi 9 and Poco F2 Pro, the company soon launched cheaper devices.
It is known from social media posts that the product is Redmi 9A, and will virtually launch on August 13, 2020.
By nature, the addition of the letter “A” after the number, indicates a more affordable price.
Already circulating in a number of other countries, the 9A is the most affordable entry in the Redmi 9 series with prices starting at € 99 or the equivalent of Rp1.7 million.
Of course, this price is cheaper when compared to Redmi 9, which has already circulated in Indonesia with the lowest price of IDR 1,999,000.
The Redmi 9A phone will feature a 6.53-inch LCD with HD + resolution and a water drop notch for the 5MP selfie camera. The back houses a single 13MP camera and a combination LED flash.
Under the framework resides the Helio G25 chipset which is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
The battery is 5,000mAh charged via micro USB. The phone boots Android 10 with MIUI 12. In Europe, Redmi 9A comes in gray, green and blue colors.
For prices and color variants and configurations in Indonesia, it looks like we have to wait until August 13, 2020.
