The new physical trainer of the pennant team won over the technical staff with his involvement, his motivation and his career with Olympique de Marseille among young women (U19, U15). And his role will be preponderant especially after a white season.

Your arrival at the club?

I was looking for a new project after a positive experience at Olympique de Marseille where I was working with U19 and U15 women. I sent my CV to Sporting Club de Toulon and I was received by coach Ludovic Batelli but also Richard Bettoni and Christian Damiano. At 24, being in front of such references was impressive but obviously I won over my audience.

On what criteria?

I think they felt I was 100% invested and rigorous. We had the same vision of things in terms of the working method. I am also there to learn and discover a club and another level. I also change audience because I go from women to N2 players. Many are older than me but frankly the first week went perfectly. I had some apprehension but it was really an easy transition.

How to manage a preparation after a white season?

The principle stays the same. However, we will take more time to ramp up. The progression in terms of intensity will be slower to avoid injuries as much as possible. The goal is to be ready for the August 7th recovery. In any case, the group lives well and works seriously.
