Apple has been delaying the integration of wireless charging into iPhones for many years, and that has only changed with the advent iPhone 8who offered this technology. With the arrival of last year iPhone 12 we have seen improvements in MagSafe technology, which combines cordless charging with a magnetic mount.
Thanks to MagSafe, a huge number of accessories have been created, not only official ones from Apple, but also from third-party manufacturers. In today’s review, we take a look at the practical CubeNest S310 wireless charger, which can charge up to three devices simultaneously. You can easily place an iPhone on it, Apple Watch and headphones or another phone.

The first thing that intrigued me after unpacking the charging station was the design. The combination of metal in dark gray and rubber surfaces looks really elegant on the table. The middle stand with MagSafe charging is designed for the iPhone, which you just need to place the phone on. In addition, the surface is adjustable, so it is possible to rotate the display as you need – for example, when cooking in the kitchen, when you need to look at the recipe. Of course, in addition to portrait mode, the iPhone can also snap to landscape, which can be useful when watching a video.
I also praise the magnets that are strong enough to secure the iPhone – you don’t have to worry about it falling out of the charger if you accidentally touch it. I tested the charging with iPhone 13 Pro Maxwhich weighs an honest 238 grams and held on to the charger as nailed.
The left charging coil is designed either for charging headphones or any other device that supports the Qi standard, including smartphones with Android. On the right side there is a dedicated charger for Apple Watch. CubeNest products also have surge, current and thermal protection. The package also includes a 20W adapter with a USB-C power cable in black.
The CubeNest S310 has a 20W charging power, however, even the latest iPhone should charge a maximum of 7.5 Watts, for which this MagSafe charger is certified. However, I came to the conclusion that the charging coil provides a slightly higher power, slightly above the limit of 10 watts.
You can only use 20 W for Android phones that support such fast wireless charging. A standard 5 Watt is available for recharging the Apple Watch.
If you charge your Apple Watch overnight, you won’t mind 5W of power, however, if you’re one of those people who measures their watch’s quality, you’ll need to recharge them during the day or at bedtime. I charged the Apple Watch Series 5 with the CubeNest S310 for about 100 minutes.
I also tested the charging of the iPhone 13 Pro Max with a 4352mAh battery, which from 2% to full capacity took 4 hours and 35 minutes, while I reached 50% after 130 minutes and 70% after 190 minutes. Even if you have several devices located on the charging station, the pad will not heat up when they are being charged.
More compact chargers
The CubeNest brand also offers additional charging stands for those who do not necessarily need to top up the power of three devices at once. All of its products carry a similar design line, but differ in the number of devices they can charge. The CubeNest S210 wireless charger also offers a stand with MagSafe for charging the iPhone, under which you will find a second coil for charging headphones or any other device that supports the Qi standard. Price of model S210 is CZK 1,499 including VAT.
For complete minimalists, the CubeNest S111 charger will come in handy, which, like the previous two models, has a positioning surface – you can use the iPhone to charge the MagSafe in the folded (or any other) position, or you can rotate it horizontally and place any other phone or headphones. Price for this accessory is 739 CZK including VAT.

Final evaluation
The CubeNest S310 wireless charging station is a practical accessory that you will use especially if you use several Apple products. I also praise the design of the charger, which will make it stand out on the desk. In addition, members of the household who do not have an iPhone can charge the phone on it.
The manufacturer does not overdo it even with the price. This was determined to CZK 1,699 including VAT, which is completely adequate given the capabilities of the charger.
