Goran Djuricin (45) is the new coach of Grasshopper. The Austrian technician signed until the end of the season.
He replaces Uli Forte, sacked on Saturday after the heavy defeat of the Grasshoppers against Stade Lausanne-Ouchy (4-1).
Djuricin was stationed until the end of 2019 in Blau-Weiss Linz, in the second division of his country. The club’s financial difficulties had led to a separation. Djuricin has also led Rapid Vienne in the past.
The new GC coach already knows a little about the Zurich club. His son Marco played there from 2017 to the end of 2019, for a total of 50 matches. And he himself did an internship at the Niederhasli Campus last year. “I know the team quite well.
