Details: Around midnight, the chairman of the Makarovsky District Court, Aleksey Tandyr, in a Lexus car, moving along Beresteysky Avenue, knocked down a 23-year-old National Guard soldier to death.
According to UP sources, the judge was in a state of intoxication.
The police arrested the person responsible for the accident.
Updated: The investigation into the case will be carried out by the State Bureau of Investigation under the procedural leadership of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
The RBI reported that the judge refused to undergo an on-the-spot inspection. He was taken to the hospital in order to determine the state of intoxication.
