ABU DHABI, 5th September, WAM / His Excellency Saqr Ghobash, Chairman of the Federal National Council, visited today the activities of the 20th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, which is organized by the Emirates Falconers Club under the slogan “Sustainability and Heritage. With a renewed spirit” and hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. “I’ll give you.”
His Excellency stressed the interest that the wise leadership attaches to preserving the extended and deep-rooted cultural heritage, as the UAE has devoted its efforts to reviving the heritage and strengthening the Emirati identity since its establishment, which contributed to strengthening bridges between the past and the present on sound scientific foundations.
His Excellency Saqr Ghobash, during a tour of the exhibition, accompanied by His Excellency Majid Ali Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, was briefed on the participation of a number of national and foreign pavilions, and listened to an explanation about the products offered by the exhibition and the exhibition’s heritage, cultural and artistic activities related to the sport of hunting. And equestrian and its requirements and efforts aimed at preserving heritage and traditional sports.
His Excellency was also briefed on the Sustainability Platform, which offers nearly 50 seminars, workshops and events that discuss many topics, such as the impact of climate change on water and land resources in Abu Dhabi, and the UAE’s efforts to protect and sustain wildlife. His Excellency appreciated the efforts of the organizers of the exhibition, the organizing committee and the partners in making the exhibition a success.
His Excellency praised the level of distinguished organization of the exhibition and the volume of participation from all over the world, in addition to the prominent participation of national companies and the various accompanying events.
