Central Meteorological Observatory issues yellow fog warning for central and eastern China on January 6th – domestic detailed forecast included

According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, there will be heavy fog in parts of Jiangsu, Shanghai, northern Anhui, southeastern Henan, and the central Sichuan Basin from the morning to the morning of the 6th; in the next 10 days, Guangxi and Guizhou will There are many rainy weather in places such as Hunan and Hunan, with cumulative precipitation of 20 to 40 mm.

There is heavy fog in the central part of the Sichuan Basin in the central and eastern parts of the Yangtze River and Huaihe River Basin.

From the morning to the morning of the 6th, there was heavy fog in some areas of Jiangsu, Shanghai, northern Anhui, southeastern Henan, and central Sichuan Basin. Among them, visibility was lower than 200 meters in some areas of central Jiangsu, central Anhui, and central Sichuan Basin. Strong dense fog, with local visibility of less than 50 meters being extremely dense (Figure 1). The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow fog warning at 06:00 on January 6.

In addition, starting from daytime on the 6th, due to the influence of cold air, the haze weather in southern Huanghuai, northern Jianghuai and other places gradually weakened and dissipated.

Rainy weather in Guangxi, Guizhou, Hunan and other places

In the next 10 days, it will be cloudy and rainy in Guangxi, Guizhou, Hunan and other places, with a cumulative precipitation of 20 to 40 millimeters, including 50 to 70 millimeters in some parts of southeastern Guizhou, southern Hunan, western and northern Guangxi, and some in northern Guangxi. About 100 millimeters; northwest Xinjiang has a lot of snowfall, with cumulative precipitation ranging from 15 to 30 millimeters and locally 40 to 70 millimeters.

Domestic detailed forecast for the next three days

From 08:00 on January 6 to 08:00 on January 7, there was light snow in parts of northern Xinjiang, most of Heilongjiang, and central and eastern Jilin. Among them, there was moderate to heavy snow (5-8 mm) in the Altay region of Xinjiang. There was light rain in parts of eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, most of Guizhou, eastern Yunnan, southern Hunan, and most of Guangxi. Among them, there was moderate rain in northeastern Guangxi. Parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, northern North China, Shandong Peninsula and other places have winds of level 4 to 6 (see Figure 2).

From 08:00 on January 7 to 08:00 on January 8, there was light snow in some areas of northern Xinjiang, eastern Jilin and other places, and moderate snow in some places. There will be light to moderate rain in some areas in eastern Jianghan, most of Jiangnan, eastern Southwest and most of Guangxi. Among them, some areas in central Hunan and southeastern Guizhou will have heavy rain (25-35 mm). Some areas such as the Shandong Peninsula and the southeastern coastal areas have winds of level 4 to 5 (see Figure 3).

From 08:00 on January 8 to 08:00 on January 9, there was light snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang, central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Northeast China, northwest Hebei, and Shandong Peninsula. Among them, Tacheng and Altay areas of Xinjiang There will be moderate to heavy snow (5 to 9 mm). There are light rains in parts of most of Jiangnan, southern Guizhou, and most of South China. Among them, there are moderate rains in parts of eastern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, and northeastern Guangxi. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in some areas in the central, western and southeastern parts of Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and other places (see Figure 4).
