The house of the politician Wanda Hamidah in Menteng, Central Jakarta (Central Jakarta), vacated by the city government of Central Jakarta (Pemkot). The execution of the evacuation of the house allegedly took place on the basis of the Occupation Permit (SIP) owned by Wanda Hamidah, which expired since 2012.
Head of Jurisprudence Central Jakarta city government, Ani Suryani, explained that there were 4 houses on the land, one of which was occupied by Wanda Hamidah. The land is owned by the president of the National Leadership Council (MPN) Pemuda Pancasila Japto Soerjosoemarnowhich has a Building Use Right (SHGB) since 2012, when Wanda Hamidah’s SIP expired.
“Mr. Japto bought it. Initially he owned the SHGB, then bought it and then it was released. Because this is state land. Wanda is the one who owns this SIP, but as a resident, and SIP has been dead since 2012” , Ani told reporters in Cikini, Central Jakarta on Thursday (10/13/2022).

Ani explained that Wanda Hamidah had not been able to live in her home since the SIP expired in 2012. Therefore, Wanda Hamidah was asked to leave her home at Japto’s request as the owner of the SHGB land.
“The SIP is still resident and the SIP has been dead since 2012. Because it was owned by 1 person (Japto), the SIP holder is no longer authorized by the owner,” he said.
“So the nature of SIP is a lease. Not ownership from the start,” he continued.
Ani said that this time the house was emptied, she already had a letter of appointment from the local government (Pemda). His party also went through many ways before finally carrying out the emptying execution.
“There is a letter of appointment for a decision to leave the local government. We have been instructed by the management to do so, the mechanism is long,” Ani said.
Police explanation
Police explained that the house was emptied because Wanda Hamidah did not have a legal title for her home. The execution process started at 09:00 WIB and lasted three hours.
