CAUE DE HAUTE-SAVOIE – Educational Advisor M / F – ANNECY CEDEX – Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Performing Arts

The CAUE de Haute-Savoie brings together a multidisciplinary team of 20 people who intervene on a daily basis for the benefit of the communities of the department as part of support missions. It is developing a sustained public awareness activity, training elected officials and professionals, as well as a program of cultural and educational actions for the general public and schools. Located at the head office, L’îlot-S is the place where exhibitions, conferences, mediations, workshops for young audiences are scheduled. It is intended as a living space open to the public for dialogue and exchange. The CAUE is present at the level of the departmental territory and develops close links with regional and national institutions such as the DRAC or the National Education.

Under the authority of the head of the Pedagogy & Culture pole, you will have to:
• Develop educational projects with teachers and school officials from primary to higher education
• Coordinate the teams of educational contributors (around fifteen people), and ensure the follow-up of their interventions and methodology
• Develop the content and themes of school projects and teacher training
• Promote existing educational tools in the region and participate in the design of new tools
• Organize at L’îlot-S mediations around exhibitions for schoolchildren
• Support actions for young people (outside of school) and pursue their development
• Develop new digital-centered teaching methods and tools and ensure their dissemination
• Establish stakeholder contracts and agreements with communities and institutions
• Establish and monitor the budget for actions and allocate grants to the various projects
• Maintain relations with partner institutions (DRAC, National Education, Department, Region)
• Consolidate links with local authorities for large-scale, long-term projects: (City policy, Cultural paths, Art and Health, etc.)
• Ensure the link and annually establish the missions of the relay professor
• Represent the CAUE in the awareness center of the Federation of CAUEs

Higher education and professional experience of at least 3 years required in the management of cultural projects or in connection with education or young audiences
Mastery of working in project mode
Experience in developing transversal missions
Experienced coordinator
Excellent knowledge of the functioning of National Education, issues by school level and systems around EAC
Autonomous work
Ability to lead working groups
Practice of teaching methods and tools
Interest in architecture and the living environment
