Carnival Cruise Line has canceled all Carnival Sunrise cruises from New York in the current calendar year
Already yesterday we had to announce that the Carnival Cruise Line had to cancel all cruises with departure up to and including June 26, 2020 due to the current situation. But that doesn’t really count for the entire fleet, although no ship is supposed to start sailing before this date, the American shipping company has occasionally canceled many more cruises.
It was known in advance that the European cruises that were to take place this year with Carnival Legend and Carnival Radiance had been canceled. All cruises from San Francisco were also canceled.
With the new cancellations, there was something more interesting, because the Carnival Cruises Line has canceled all New York departures of Carnival Sunrise this calendar year. This means that there will be no cruises from the American port for this cruise ship.
No alternative routes for Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Legend and Carnival Radiance have yet been announced. Carvnival Radiance (previously Carnival Victory) is currently being rebuilt.
