Carl Lindbom’s fine start in the SHL continues.

Färjestad’s 20-year-old goalkeeper has conceded three goals in three games.

FBK won 3–1 at home against Linköping.

Three games and three wins is Carl Lindbom’s result so far in the SHL.

The goalkeeper has had a decent start to his stay in Färjestad after the summer transfer from Djurgården.

Once again, Lindbom only let one puck past him when FBK won 3–1 against “Cluben”.

“Decent match”

The hero in the third period for Färjestad was David Tomasek, who scored the 2–1 goal in the power play.

– I thought we played a good game in many ways, but would like a little more efficiency, says coach Tomas Mitell to NWT.

In the final minutes, Michael Lindqvist made it 3-1 in an open box.

– I think we play a decent match. It’s probably a bit poor efficiency. The match picture is clearly in our favor, but they keep us decent on the outside. We have a lot of puck but maybe missing the last bit. But it is strong to win, says Lindqvist in TV4.

Leads the SHL

Färjestad now has four three-pointers in the opening five games and went up as league leaders again as Örebro lost on penalties against Malmö.

Linköping has six points after six games played.
