RECHTSANWALT (M/W/D) – REGULATORY, PUBLIC LAW & COMPETITION
AT THE MUNICH, HAMBURG AND/OR FRANKFURT AM MAIN LOCATION
In our Regulation, Public Law and Competition practice group, we advise on questions relating to economic administration, procurement and state aid law. The focus of our activities is on holistic advice on infrastructure and digitalization projects with an industry focus on education & research, health, mobility, supply & disposal as well as telecommunications. We advise on financing, structuring of organizational forms as well as the conception and implementation of national and Europe-wide procurement procedures. We also represent our clients in review and complaint proceedings as well as before public bodies such as regulatory authorities or the European Commission. Clients include federal and state ministries, local authorities as well as municipalities and public institutions such as infrastructure companies, municipal and municipal utilities as well as private companies, banks and investors.
The team around Dr. Felix Siebler is listed at JUVE and Legal 500 Germany, among others “very experienced and practice-oriented” designated and highlighted for the “We now have a considerable presence in advising on awards” as well as “Firm to Watch: Telecommunications” listed.
