Conduct registration will be the International Humanitarian Organization CARE together with the Response Consortium. Cash assistance will be provided to residents of the city of Liman, Donetsk region.
Previously, we told you who will be able to receive multi-purpose cash assistance.
Only persons with permanent residence in Liman who have not received cash benefits from other international organizations since January 1, 2024 can register for multi-purpose cash assistance.
The amount of benefit per family member will be 3,600 UAH per month. The support is provided for three months, but all financial assistance will be paid in one payment: 10,800 UAH for each family member.
Vulnerability criteria:
- Families with individuals who have chronic illnesses/medical conditions and/or require expensive treatment or care.
- Families with pregnant or lactating women – up to 2 years.
- Families with 3 or more children and/or newborns under 2 years old.
- Families in which there are people with disabilities of groups 1 and 2, including children with disabilities under 18 years old/disability since childhood.
- Families with single parents (single mother, single father).
- Elderly people (60 years and older).
In order to register, you need to prepare a package of documents, namely: passport of a citizen of Ukraine, identification code, birth certificate of children, documents confirming status (certificates, certificates of illness, disability, etc.), bank details (IBAN number), signed consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the household – a template to fill out is provided upon registration.
Such documents must be for each family member.
Only one member of the family can attend registration.

Registration will take place from March 19 to March 29 on weekdays.
Informing residents about the place and time of registration will be carried out by the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Liman City Council, tel.: 0662782326, 0626127202, 0626127203.
