Emit Sumitra, a local resident, said that a single traffic accident was caused by the car with the police number Z 9118 TF, unable to bear the heavy load.

When the car slowly retreated, he continued, the driver had slammed on the brakes. However, instead of stopping the car, it retreated quickly. “Because the truck brakes failed,” he added.

However, due to the heavy load, it still cannot go through the incline. So that once the car backs up and the brakes fail, this single accident cannot be avoided.
