According to Rijnmond the car is on a gas pipe. Emergency services tied the car to a recovery vehicle with a cable to prevent the gas pipe from breaking.
Due to the pipe rupture, water enters homes through the crawl space. Mechanics are trying to stop that. How the break came about is not yet clear. One hundred to one hundred and fifty households are without water.
