Police are on Tuesday night in Torshov in Oslo with many resources after gunshots were fired.
Police reported the incident at 20:25.
Three people were arrested, police report at 21.09.
Police will not confirm where the arrest took place, but operations director Guro Sandnes tells VG that the arrest occurred some distance from the incident.
Police had previously reported that they were looking for two cars that had pulled away from the scene shortly after the accident. In an update, police report that they are in control of two cars that they believe may have something to do with the accident.
– The car is relevant. He is being towed. We checked if the other is relevant, says Sandnes.
So far, the police have neither found nor received any reports of injuries.
The leader of the operations on the spot, Nicolai Backe Henden, confirms that it is gunshots between two cars.

Siri Hjellum tells VG that she was sitting at the tram stop in the area when she suddenly heard several shots.

– We were watching a movie and we heard four shots and broken glass, says Ingrid, who lives in the area, in VG.
He says he lives directly across from the Bruun-Larsen bar in Torshovgata and has seen people running around the bar outside.
– Everyone ran inside and shouted at each other that they had to run. It was uncomfortable, he says.
Another witness who lives in the area tells VG that he heard three separate shots. Police have not confirmed how many shots were fired.
– We ran earlier to see what happened and we saw many people running towards the center of Torshov, says the witness.
