Two employees of the National Security Service (NSS) were injured after a collision between the car in which they were traveling and a truck. The incident happened on the Plovdiv Ring Road on Tuesday morning. The car was moving in front of the one in which President Rumen Radev was traveling, the head of state himself announced.
According to preliminary information, a truck loaded with aggregates overtook incorrectly, entered the oncoming lane and hit the pilot car from the president’s motorcade. The president’s driver and doctor were traveling in the car. The driver has head injuries and the doctor has contusions and a fracture of one arm. The two were immediately transported by ambulance to a hospital.
