Capitals and Siegenthaler bow again

The Washington Capitals are in an awkward position in the round of 16 play-offs.

Jonas Siegenthaler and his teammates are down 2-0 in the series to the New York Islanders, following their 5-2 loss on Friday.

However, the Capitals are among the favorites for the title and were directly qualified for the round of 16. They will therefore have to achieve a small feat to live up to expectations, even if the series is played in the best of 7 games and leaves them a little bit of margin.

Siegenthaler played 13 minutes on Friday, without being able to prevent the defeat of his family. However, Washington took the lead in the game after less than a minute, thanks to a goal from Alex Ovechkin. Without managing to keep this advantage, as in the first act of this series, lost 4-2.
