The perpetrator sadistically killed his victim and put him in the trunk of a car.
Various irregularities of the perpetrators of the murder were revealed.
The murderer of mother and child had left a strange behavior which eventually became the direction of the police.
Reported earlier, a murder tragedy in Subang shock the audience.
The tragic fate of the mother and child respectively named Tuti (55) and Amalia Mustika Rahayu (23).
Both were found dead at their home in Ciseuti Hamlet, Jalan Cagak Village, Jalan Cagak Subdistrict, Kabupaten Subang, West Java, Wednesday (18/8/2021).
The bodies of the mother and child were first discovered by the victim’s husband and father, Yosef (Y).
More than a week has passed, the murder case that happened to Tuti and Amalia is still a mystery.
Even so, the police have obtained some evidence that stems from the irregularities of the perpetrators of the murder.
Here are some of the irregularities described by the perpetrators of the murders of Tuti and Amalia.
1. Amalia’s clothes are stripped
The first oddity is about the condition of the victim, namely Amalia, when she was found by the police.
Looks bloodied in the trunk of the car, Amalia Mustika Ratu was in a state of not wearing clothes.
This was revealed by the police in this case the West Java Regional Police.
“Yes, the condition at the time of the crime scene (TKP) was indeed naked, but in a closed state,” said the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Erdi A Chaniago, as quoted by Tribun Jabar Wednesday (25/8/2021).
With regard to the disclosure, the figure of the perpetrators of the murders of Tuti and Amalia is even more mysterious.
Because, although Amalia’s body was found naked, the police did not find any signs of sexual violence on the victim’s body.
“But there doesn’t seem to be any (signs of sexual violence), I heard that the sexual crimes were not there,” said Kombes Erdi A Chaniago.
Affirming this, Subang Police Chief AKBP Sumarni said from the results of the interim autopsy, there were no indications of other criminal acts such as forced assault directed at the mother and child.
“Then we also check whether intercourse occurred or not the hymen is still intact, so there is no indication of intercourse there,” said AKBP Sumarni in Subang, Thursday (19/8/2021).
2. The mother was killed first
The second discrepancy described by the perpetrators is about his actions to kill two victims.
Apparently, there was a long time span from the death of the first victim, namely Tuti, to the second victim, namely Amalia.
From the results of the crime scene and the temporary autopsy, Tuti and Amalia Mustika Ratu died in the early hours of the morning.
Tuti died five hours earlier than Amalia.
“It is suspected that this victim died at 04.00 WIB until 05.00 WIB in the morning, then the mother was estimated to have died 5 hours earlier, so it was her mother who died first,” said Subang Police Chief AKBP Sumarni.
With regard to the autopsy results, the perpetrators of the murder of the mother and child are strongly suspected of having understood the situation in the victim’s house.
Because when checked, no doors were damaged and no property was lost.
This indicates that the perpetrator is someone close to the victim.
“It is known from the results of the crime scene as well as statements from witnesses, it is suspected that the perpetrator knew the victim and already knew the situation from inside the victim’s house,” said AKBP Sumarni.
However, Sumarni is still unable to ensure that he will lead further for the determination of the perpetrators, because at this time the police are still working hard in conducting further investigations regarding the alleged findings in the field.
“We still can’t say, it’s still under investigation, but we’re already focused,” he said.
Sumarni also mentioned other facts in the field that there was more than one person involved in the alleged murder.
“From two different footprints, it is suspected that there was more than one person,” said Sumarni.
3. Was caught by the victim’s neighbor
An hour before the bodies of Tuti and Amalia were found by Yosef, a resident named Ajat apparently had passed in front of the victim’s house.
Ajat then admitted that he had seen the alleged killers of Tuti and Amalia.
To note, Ajat also became a police witness for the discovery of the bodies of Tuti and Amalia.
Ajat (46) is a resident of Ciasem Hamlet, Village/Subdistrict Jalan Cagak, Subang Regency.
Exactly at 06.00 WIB, Ajat had time to see the Alfard type car parked, on Wednesday (18/8/2021).
“At that time I wanted to buy porridge on Jalan Cagak at around 6 am when I passed the house, the car was indeed parked, turning the car around,” Ajat said when met at his residence, Tuesday (24/8/2021).
Passing in front of Tuti’s house, Ajat saw the mysterious figure doing the parking process.
Ajat explained that the parking process started from reversing the car to turning the car around.
Ajat also saw the moment when the car returned to the parking lot from Tuti’s house.
“Initially, the head of the car was up, then I looked back and then he went to the side of the vacant lot to drive the car, I think,” said Ajat.
Seeing an Alphard car parked at Tuti’s house, Ajat did not suspect anything.
Ajat immediately continued his journey.
Until finally, at around 07.30 WIB, Ajat was surprised.
Ajat was surprised, when he returned home, the situation at Tuti’s house was already crowded with local residents.
Apparently at that time, residents were shocked by the discovery of Tuti and Amalia who were dead in the trunk of an alpard car.
“At that time, I didn’t have any suspicions when I passed, when I came home, there were already a lot of people in the crowd, it turned out that residents said someone had died in the trunk of the car,” said Ajat.
4. Don’t take IDR 30 million
The fourth discrepancy that is also a new finding by the police is the issue of the perpetrators not taking tens of millions at the crime scene.
Yosef’s attorney, Tuti’s husband and Amalia’s father, Rohman Hidayat, said that there was Rp. 30 million in the house when the murder took place.
But in fact, the tens of millions of dollars were not touched or taken by the perpetrators.
Instead of taking money, the perpetrator took Amalia’s cellphone.
“Yes, there was Rp 30 million at home but it was not taken. When it was found the money was still there and was used as evidence by the police,” said Rohman Hidayat when contacted on Friday (27/8/2021).
The Rp 30 million money, said Rohman, who received information from Yosef, was the salary of teachers at private vocational schools in Serang Panjang District, Subang Regency.
As is known, Amalia is the treasurer of the National Achievement Foundation who heads a private vocational school in Serang Panjang District.
“That’s the teacher’s salary. It was used as evidence by the police, but on August 25, 2021 it was returned to Mr. Yosef, there was a receipt,” said Rohman Hidayat.
In addition to Rp 30 million, the police have also returned a number of evidences that had been taken at the scene.
“Everything has been returned, including Pak Yosef’s cellphone, which has also been returned,” said Rohman Hidayat.
