Canon EOS R6 Mark II released in Indonesia for IDR 51.5 million

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Canon via PT Datascrip today, Thursday (12/15/2022), introduced the camera full frame without mirror the latest being the EOS R6 Mark II for users in Indonesia.

Introduced as the successor to the EOS R series, Canon promises that this new mirrorless camera will have high performance and produce detailed image quality that photographers and videographers dream of.

As for EOS R6 Mark II it has the ability to record 6K RAW quality video and a continuous shooting rate of 40fps.

“The presence of the EOS R6 Mark II breaks the limitations of the previous generation, where this camera was designed to meet the needs of professionals with the latest technology and creative freedom in both photography and videography,” said Monica Aryasetiawan – Canon Business Unit Director PT Datascrip, at the EOS R6 Mark II launch in Jakarta,

Danni Nahason, Assistant Marketing Manager – Canon explained: “The EOS R6 Mark II is capable of RAW 6K 60p video recording, Canon Log 3, up to Full HD 180p slow motion high frame rate recording.”

“For fast action photographers, they can get 40fps continuous shooting in electronic shutter mode with AF/AE tracking, which is the fastest in the EOS camera system.”

The EOS R6 Mark II features the DIGIC X processor and the latest 24.2 megapixel full-frame CMOS image sensor, up from the EOS R6’s 20.1 megapixels.

This sensor is capable of shooting in low light conditions and can also be used with an ISO range up to 102,400 to produce images with minimal noise.

Danni said: “The EOS R6 Mark II is the first full-frame mirrorless Canon EOS R camera to appear with Focus Breathing Correction.”

Characteristic mirrorless camera this serves to reduce unwanted changes in the angle of view during focus transitions and provides greater exposure to focus transitions that are critical to the expression of the subject.
