The University of Cambridge, through the official exam center Exams Andalusia, will organize during the month of September three extraordinary calls for exams to accredit the level of English necessary to opt for one of the 3,421 jobs that Mails just announced for 2020.
Exams Andalucía, the largest exam center in Europe according to Cambridge Assessment English, located in Granada, has announced that it will organize three massive calls next September 15 in the cities of Granada, Almería and Málaga, “so that all those who wish to apply for one of the places organized by Correos can obtain the necessary English certificates according to the official call, which correspond to levels A2-Key and B1- Preliminary, depending on the positions ”, explains the Director of Operations of Exams Andalucía, Ricardo Freires.
The call made by Post office for this year 2020, published on July 31, contemplates Distribution and Classification Agent positions (for which it is necessary to accredit knowledge of the English language level “Key” (KET) or higher of the Cambridge Assessment English) and Customer Service positions (for which It is requested to prove the knowledge of the English language level “Preliminary” (PET) or higher).
Three extraordinary calls
“Given the great demand for candidates who will apply for these jobs, we have decided to organize these three extraordinary calls for Cambridge exams, as we anticipate a great demand for candidates who need to obtain the minimum level of English required (A2-Key) ”, explains Ricardo Freires.
The registration period for these tests will be open until August 28, and those interested should contact the Platinum Exams Andalucía exam center.
“As we have been doing since we resumed the face-to-face exams after the state of alarm, all tests strictly comply with the health protocols against COVID-19, with measures such as doubling the space between one candidate and another; place hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in all the rooms where the tests and disinfection of the facilities were held before and after each exam ”, says the director of Exams Andalucía, Jonathan Baum.
In addition, all the candidates who examine and the Exams Andalucía staff who will attend the exams must sign an affidavit, in which they state that they have not had symptoms compatible with COVID-19 in the last two weeks or have traveled to risk areas.
