That’s it, it’s official, Activision has finally confirmed the arrival of Call of Duty 2020 from its Twitter account, revealing some additional details, without saying too much yet.
After months of rumors and leaks, that’s it that Activision finally formalizes the development of Call of Duty 2020, which will therefore reach us this year. And as if to reassure us, the team confirms that Treyarch and Raven studios will indeed be in charge of this new component. An exit is planned for the fourth quarter. So, for now, that’s all we have to share. The publisher is still really very discreet and does not want to confirm the name of the game, nor its logo which seemed to be leaking for a while on the Internet. But the announcement is still good to take.
We are excited to announce our partnership with @Treyarch on this year’s Call of Duty! Can’t wait to show you more!

At the beginning of June, we spoke to you Zombies mode that could make a comeback in Call of Duty 2020. And a little later, the rumors followed one another, in particular with the leaks of a game file called “The Red Door”. We were thus full of rumors to take with a grain of salt about a certain Black Ops: Cold War, its campaign, its maps, and its Battle Royale Warzone. It only remains to get new announcements from Activision to know if the game will crash its frame in the middle of the Cold War in Vietnam as actively declared the most determined dataminers.
