“The delivery of cash, its acceptance, the allegedly public origin of the contributions, even stating that they are collections, all are serious violations of the law, and even crimes,” Calderón Hinojosa considered.

He also posted a photo of the legal regulations in which it is explained that Under no circumstances, political parties or candidates may receive contributions or donations Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers (local and federal), public agencies, political parties, churches, civil and commercial organizations; nor from individuals with commercial activity, legal entities, Mexican or foreign, public collections, or unidentified persons.
This Thursday a video was revealed in which the former head of Civil protection, David León gives cash to the president’s brother, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, Pío López Obrador, presumably to support Morena in 2015, and the head of the Executive himself, assured this morning that it was a contribution.
