No medal for Linus Straßer!

Straßer was fifth after the first round. In the second run, the 29-year-old made a few small mistakes that prevented him from winning a medal. (DATA: All results at Olympia 2022)
Nevertheless, in the end, Straßer was only 0.23 seconds short of bronze. Frenchman Clément Noël won gold. They were followed by Johannes Strolz (Austria) and Sebastian Foss-Solevag (Norway).

At the games in Pyeongchang 2018, Straßer was eliminated after the first round.
Meanwhile, the DSV team has to wait for the first medal in these games. Only the combination of the women and the team competition is still outstanding.
The last medal at the Olympic Games so far was won by Viktoria Rebensburg in Sochi in 2014 with bronze in the giant slalom.
