Buyers are increasingly concerned about the well-being of business travelers

More than advice or training to manage their stress, “mental support” travelers prefer to be accompanied, “physical support” while traveling with, for example, recommendations for restaurants, access to airport lounges or subscriptions to go to gyms.

Another gap: buyers place more importance on the possibility of working from home before or after a trip (64%) than travelers (48%). The latter prefer additional leave to compensate for business trips outside working hours.
