LIBREVILLE, June 04 (AGP) – A large sum of money was taken during a burglary, on the night of Friday to Saturday, at the delegation of the Société d’énergie et d’eau du Gabon (SEEG) of Makokou, provincial capital.
No information on the sum stolen, nor the circumstances of this theft could be known. An official of the company, contacted by the AGP, did not want to divulge information and details on this affair.
However, he indicated that a large sum of money was taken and that the local branch of the judicial police was seized for the purposes of investigation.
A mission from the SEEG hierarchy would be expected in Makokou, in order to examine the contours and assess the amount of the sum stolen
