A Hertha project team from the Fan Support, Corporate Social Responsibility and Digital Media departments developed this offer of help over a period of one and a half years. “As a club in the capital, it is our goal and our responsibility to offer all stadium visitors a nice matchday experience that makes them feel comfortable and safe. The concept ‘Where is Lotte?’ is an important step towards a safe stadium experience for everyone,” said Hertha Managing Director Thomas E. Herrich.

With the code word “Where’s Lotte?” The aim is to overcome the inhibitions of those affected to seek help. The helpers with the pink vests then take those seeking help to a trained team. In addition, the association can refer the persons concerned to trained partner organizations so that they can later receive professional help.
