The builder recently started drilling the heat sources and the pile driving work started last week. In the first residential tower, seventy apartments will be rented by the Woonopmaat housing association.
In total, De Slotvrouwe consists of three residential towers with 222 apartments: 201 rental apartments and 21 owner-occupied apartments. The sale of these owner-occupied apartments has started. The owner-occupied apartments in De Slotvrouwe vary from 70 m2 to 82 m2. Architect firm Groosman is responsible for the design.

The residential towers will soon be in a green landscape. In terms of position, they are almost in line with the facades of the surrounding buildings.
