The budget deficit this year is below the forecast

In September, the general fund of the state budget was reduced with a deficit of almost 27 billion hryvnia.
For three quarters of 2021, the deficit of the state budget of Ukraine amounted to UAH 39.8 billion, according to data State Treasury Service.
Thus, the general fund of the budget in September was reduced with a deficit of UAH 26.9 billion, while the deficit of the general fund in January-September amounted to UAH 40.6 billion.
Also in September, UAH 60.6 billion was attracted, and over nine months – UAH 370.74 billion.
Repayments in September amounted to UAH 74.6 billion, over nine months – UAH 357.6 billion.
State budget revenues in January-September amounted to UAH 924.48 billion, including UAH 783.3 billion in the general fund, while the plan was UAH 754.7 billion.
State budget expenditures for nine months amounted to UAH 960.8 billion, including UAH 827.9 billion in the general fund, while the plan was UAH 896.2 billion.
Note, for three quarters of 2021 budget is overfulfilled in terms of income by 5.3%, or UAH 46.65 billion, from the plan and by 20.8% higher than last year’s level.
