Broadway actor Nick Cordero, famous for his role in ‘Waitress’ and ‘Rock of Ages,’ has died at the age of 41 after a long battle with the coronavirus. The death of the interpreter, who had been hospitalized for 3 months and had to undergo a amputation Leg after contracting the virus, has been announced this Sunday by his wife, Amanda Kloots.
“My dear husband passed away this morning,” Kloots wrote in an Instagram post. “He was surrounded by love for his family, singing and praying as he gently left this land.”
Speaking to ‘CBS This Morning’ last week, the woman had release that Lamb would need a double lung transplant. “99% chance that I need it to live the kind of life I know my husband would want,” said Kloots. “That is a long way off and a lot of things would have to be lined up for Nick to be a candidate for that.”
The actor’s wife kept her husband’s friends and followers up to date on his health since he was admitted. Cordero was initially diagnosed with pneumonia, but after testing for coronavirus, they confirmed the infection.
