She was born on September 18 at Cheslea and Westminster Hospital in London. “We’re doing well and Wolfie is Sienna’s best big brother,” the royal said on Twitter. Beatrice is already the stepmother of Wolfie, the son of her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi from a previous relationship.
Sienna Elizabeth is the twelfth great-grandchild of the British Queen Elizabeth II. The second name is a clear reference to the Queen, after Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan previously named their daughter Lilibet.
