“British Ministry of Defense Invites IFU Member States to Consider Providing Ukraine with Missiles for 300km Strikes”

The newspaper indicates that the British Ministry of Defense included in the procurement materials of the International Support Fund for Ukraine (IFU) an invitation to the fund’s member states to show interest in providing Ukraine with the ability to launch missile strikes at a distance of 300 kilometers.

Great Britain has invited other countries to formulate their position on this issue within three days.

The IFU is an international foundation that aims to facilitate Western arms supplies to Ukraine. The fund is led by Great Britain and includes Northern European countries.

A source in the British Ministry of Defense told the newspaper that the decision to supply Ukraine with missiles with a radius of 300 kilometers has not yet been made.

“The Washington Post” states that Britain’s statement is considered a significant step towards Britain itself deciding to deliver such missiles to Ukraine.

The newspaper also emphasizes that the British-developed Storm Shadow missiles have a range of 300 kilometers.

These missiles can be used with Soviet-era aircraft in the Ukrainian Air Force.

The fact that Great Britain could hand over Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine has also been reported before.
