TRIBUNJABAR.ID, GARUT – A woman from Cikajang Garut become a victim of burglary. Money worth 1.3 billion rupiah and one unit of his motorbike was also confiscated.
Head of Criminal Police Garut AKP Dede Sopandi said the incident occurred Friday evening at around 18:10 on Jalan Raya Cisurupan-Cikajang Regency. Garut.
“From the victim’s confession, that he was followed from the Papandayan Cisurupan T-junction, then after that the victim was grabbed by three people pointing a sharp weapon in the form of a knife,” he told Tribunjabar.id, Saturday (9/10/2021) night.
Dede explained that the victim had suspected that he was being followed from the Papandayan T-junction by two motorbikes.
“The victim saw three perpetrators, the mode was grazing the victim, the perpetrator then asked the victim to stop by pointing a knife,” he said.
The victim who was afraid finally stopped, then the perpetrator forced the victim to take out the key and took the victim’s bag.

The perpetrator then took the victim’s bag containing cash and took the victim’s motorbike.
“In the trunk of the victim’s motorbike there is approximately 1.1 billion rupiah and in the victim’s bag which was confiscated there is 156 million rupiah,” said Deden.
The police are currently conducting an investigation into the robbery case.
