ARNHEM – The Rabo Bridge to Bridge on Sunday 12 September can be followed live via Omroep Gelderland. Due to the corona measures in force, no spectators are allowed around the start/finish area this year. Anyone who still wants to follow ‘de Bridge’ can do so via Omroep Gelderland on Sunday 12 September. This way, spectators can still enjoy the Run to Remember Freedom.
The broadcast can be seen on Sunday 12 September from 13:15 to 15:00. The broadcast will be broadcasted via Facebook, YouTube, gld.nl and the app.
This year, a number of (regional) top athletes will once again appear at the start. But the Bridge to Bridge is also a great opportunity for recreational runners to run their own PRs.
The start and finish location for Sunday has been moved once to the Stadsblocks site on the south side of the John Frost bridge. Every five minutes, groups of a maximum of 50 participants are ‘shot away’, so that the spread of the participants is guaranteed.
“The ‘Run to Remember Freedom’ is, as always, dominated by the Battle of Arnhem. Actively ‘dwell on’ history, the fallen and freedom. We are delighted that the event will continue and that thousands of sports enthusiasts can experience a great experience and achieve a sporting performance,” according to the organization.
