authorities in the county of KitsapWashington, announced that Bourquard, 39, lived in a brick row house in Philadelphia in the 700 block of Master Street, was part of a group of men who threatened Read and then fatally beaten with a metal cane inside a Seattle apartment, apparently over a debt, reported the Seattle Times.
