ORAN, carrying out its activities under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology Development Agencies General Directorate, has joined forces with local dynamics in line with the goal of protecting the Kangal dog breed. In this context, the agency launched a new project with Sivas Provincial Administration, Cumhuriyet University, Kangal Village Service Union and Sivas Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. With the project, Kangal Dog Production, Training and Protection Center will be established on a land of approximately 43 decares in Çelebiler Village Meraküm location of Sivas center. ORAN will cover 75 percent of the cost of the project with a budget of 7 million lira.
