Manchester

Manchester United trailing 0-1 from Leeds United in the first half. The Red Devils conceded a goal from Wilfried Gnonto in the 1st minute

MU vs Leeds United in the Premier League follow-up match was held at Old Trafford, Manchester, Thursday (9/2/2023) early morning WIB. The visitors surprised when the game had only been running for one minute.

Gol!!! Wilfried Gnonto made a fine combination with Patrick Bamford in front of the MU penalty box. He then fired a low shot into the right corner of the goal which David de Gea was unable to contain.

Left behind quickly, the Red Devils tried to respond quickly. They pressed the Leeds defense.

However, it was Leeds who almost doubled their advantage in the 11th minute. Pascal Struijk can head the ball in front of goal. De Gea can still save to prevent MU from conceding.

In the 18th minute, MU had a chance. However, Alejandro Garnacho’s volley shot went wide.

The equalizing goal almost came in the 27th minute. Garnacho, who received a through ball, was able to outwit Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier. But then the shot failed to produce a goal after Maximilian Wober brilliantly cleared the ball across the goal line.

MU pressure has not stopped. This time, Raphael Varane got a chance after the chaos. His header was still too weak for Meslier to save.

Marcel Sabitzer tries to break MU’s deadlock from a long-range shot. His trial was measured against Leeds goal. However, Meslier performed brilliantly by flying off the ball.
