Braulio Abundio raped his daughter from the age of 9, as a result of this, he had two children with her. The subject was given preventive detention.
Mexico City, August 14 (However) .- A 61 year old man old identified as Braulio Abundio “N”, obtained preventive detention with precautionary measure for the rape crime aggravated against his daughter.
The Specialized Unit for Sexual Crimes attached to the Eastern Regional Prosecutor’s Office, provided sufficient evidence during the hearing, and thus, the man was given preventive detention.
Through a statement, the prosecution reported that the victim, from the age of 6, remembers that her father touched her private parts.
At the age of 9, the man frequently imposed copulation on her, as a result of the constant rapes, the victim had two children from her own father.
Upon integrating the file and presenting a completed report, a judge familiar with the case issued an arrest warrant against Braulio Abundio.
Upon fulfilling the judicial mandate, the man was detained in the Colonia Juan Morales of the Municipality of Yecapixtla, to later be made available to the authorities.
“In the corresponding hearing, the social representation made an accusation against Braulio Abundio” N “for the crime of aggravated rape in a homogeneous real contest, that is, the action was repeated on several occasions,” said the Prosecutor’s Office.
Given the foregoing, the judge imposed preventive detention against him as a precautionary measure, while the hearing of connection to the process is taking place.
