BPD wins investor competition in the Alanbrooke district in Paderborn
Dusseldorf, March 2022. Project and area developer BPD (Bouwfonds Immobilienentwicklung) wins the investor competition for the first two partial plots on the site of the former Alanbrooke barracks in Paderborn. Sales for the 70 condominiums are scheduled to start in mid-2022.
“We are planning and building a modern and cross-generational offer that accommodates different life plans,” says Dirk Brockmeyer, head of the BPD regional office in Dortmund. BPD is building a total of six multi-family houses with condominiums between two and four rooms spread over two building sites. The bylaws for the Alanbrooke Quarter are expected to be adopted shortly. BPD expects construction to start before the end of this year in order to set the starting signal for the new and lively district near Paderborn’s city centre. Completion of the six apartment buildings in the Alanbrooke district is planned for 2024.
