According to the police, the boy must have been bitten in the chest. The boy was conscious when he was sent to the hospital.
– Information the police have as of now indicates that the dog owner went with the dog on a leash prior to the incident, the Oslo police write on Twitter.
There is no relationship between the boy and the dog owner. Relatives are with the boy and the dog has been taken into custody by the police.
– There will be talk of a malinois, a Belgian sheepdog, and the dog owner will be reported for the affair, says operations manager Bjørn Gunnar Nysæter to VG.
