Grandfather loses custody case in Israeli court

TEL AVIV – A Tel Aviv court has ruled that Eitan Biran, the 6-year-old boy who was the only one to survive a cable car accident earlier this year, must be returned to Italy. The grandfather had taken him away from his aunt there and taken him to Israel, where he believed he belonged.
