Börse Express – Foreign exchange: Euro exchange rate increased

The exchange rate of the euro went up on Friday. The European Central Bank (ECB) set the reference rate at $ 1.1213 (Thursday: 1.1200). The dollar thus cost 0.8918 (0.8929) euros.

For other major currencies, the ECB set the reference rates for one euro at 0.90575 (0.90133) British pounds, 119.93 (120.15) Japanese yen and 1.0631 (1.0637) Swiss francs./yyzz/ DP / jsl
