Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is a DLC for Borderlands 2 and was released in 2013. The DLC was already very popular at the time, which is already a good reason to release the expansion separately, but of course it also fits perfectly with Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is about the beloved and insane character Tiny Tina. In the story, she takes on the role of Bunker Master in a Dungeons & Dragons-esque adventure. As a player, you play in a world created by Tiny Tina and encounter castles, dragons and magical forests.
The expansion is seen as an important part of the Borderlands series. The DLC would have given the Borderlands series the chance to go in a completely new direction. Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep does some interesting things compared to the main story from Borderlands 2.
Randy Pitchford, the game’s Executive Producer, says the gameplay for Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is the most impressive gameplay of the series. He also says he is proud that players can experience the game on the new console. The standalone DLC will not only be released on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but also for the first time on the next-gen consoles. On March 25, players will be able to play with the expansion again and on PC the title will be available to download for free from the Epic Games Store for a limited time!
