Who is entitled to the 1200 euro bonus in the pay slip? What are the requirements to be able to obtain it? All the details regarding this interesting social safety net
The wait has come to an end, the bonus is finally coming 1200 euro in the pay slip. Of course, it does not concern all workers, but a part of them. In practice it is a reworking of the Renzi bonus of 80 euros, turned into a personal income tax bonus up to 100 euros per month.
But there are gods parameters to be respected in order to obtain it, especially of income nature. The benefit is recognized directly in pay slip from the employer (as withholding agent) in cases where this can be given.

1200 euro bonus in paycheck: who can receive it?
In reality it is a personal income tax bonus and its maximum aggregate amount is 1200 euros per year. You must have a income that does not exceed i 40,000 euros per year. Above this threshold it is not possible to receive the relief.
For those who are below the aforementioned threshold, there is one table to follow:
- Income up to € 28,000: full bonus of € 100 per month
- Income ranging from € 28,001 up to € 35,000: the subsidy varies between € 97 and € 80 per month,
- Income between € 35,001 and € 40,000: from € 80 to € 0 per month.
At the same time for the recognition of the former Renzi bonus it is essential that the income is not less than the no tax area, that is, below the 8.174 euro. In practice, incapable taxpayers are cut off from this measure. They can’t have the bonus not even those who are not employees and similar.

Being a supplementary income treatment, to apply for and obtain the personal income tax bonus 2021 until 100 euros per month no application must be submitted. In short, the situation is quite clear and if on the one hand there are those who rejoice because it falls within the support, on the other hand, there are those who regretfully hoped for it, but unfortunately cannot get it.
