Bocar Samba Dièye case or a piece of bone to be gnawed by individuals in search of notoriety (The communication cell of Mr. Abdoul Mbaye)

Let’s start by re-establishing the truth once again, Bocar Samba Dièye had been loyal to the BIAO-S at the most difficult times. Seeking Senegalese shareholders for this bank whose recapitalization had been entrusted to Abdoul Mbaye, the latter offered him, in the form of a favor, to become one of the shareholders with other compatriots, which he had accepted.

He also benefited from all possible assistance within this establishment, of which he had undoubtedly become the most important Senegalese client.
Having made the decision to create a new bank in 1997 (code name: “Alpha Bank”), Abdoul Mbaye proposed to him and to other hand-picked compatriots that he become a shareholder. As such, it received the feasibility study, gave its agreement and released an initial amount of 10 million CFA francs.
An opportunity presented with the takeover of the BST, those (including him) who had already freed part of the capital of “Alpha Bank” in the process of constitution agreed to subscribe to the capital of the BST in reconstitution for absolutely identical amounts and sometimes by increasing their participation. The “Alpha Bank” project has become that of the BST to be rectified.
So :
• Abdoul Mbaye never charged BS Dieye for a feasibility study. Failing that he proves it;
• The sums he paid were all used to free up his participation in the capital increase of the BST. Failing that he proves it;
• The recovery of the BST was a file entrusted to the late Aliou Sow, who agreed to welcome shareholders whom Abdoul Mbaye proposed to him on condition of not losing the majority of the capital. BS Dieye could therefore in no case claim 25% of this capital as he would have argued. So he was never betrayed. On the other hand, he was signatory of a shareholder pact by which he expressly accepts the level of his participation among other clauses.

On the other hand, by participating in the capital of the BST, BS Dieye has, without any doubt possible and thanks to Abdoul Mbaye, made the most profitable investment of its entire existence. Even if he was silent to avoid the expression of recognition towards Abdoul Mbaye, he never argued the opposite.
It was in 1999. The former CBAO and then BST teams will remember how much this brave man, economic operator often cited as an example by their general manager, was held in esteem by the latter. He was a model for everything contractor.

Finally, it is difficult to understand how one could accept that a sale of shares to a non-shareholder respecting the law and the conditions fixed in the statutes of the company concerned could correspond to a “secret plot” directed against one of its most modest shareholders.
It was after the departure of Abdoul Mbaye from the BST in 2006 that the affairs of BS Dieye reportedly collapsed.

We therefore advise all those beautiful people who are wrestling with this case, to produce the court decision and to continue their legal proceedings. BS Dieye challenged the flow of a multi-billion dollar trade several years later. He wouldn’t have noticed! She was found and he lost in court. He did not see fit to continue his defense because the truth has been established. In addition, it is not a Bocar Samba Dièye case against Abdoul Mbaye but rather between Bocar Samba Dièye and the CBAO bank.

We advise him to trust his lawyers, rather than a bunch of populists who seek to gain notoriety.
And besides, we invite Mr. Famara Ibrahima Cissé, and anyone who clings to this file but also Mr. Bocar Samba Dièye, his supporters and his lawyers to a public debate.
We will just note that everything that is said on the basis of lies aimed at undermining the honorability of Abdoul MBAYE will be the subject of a defamation complaint.
We invite you to discuss this Saturday 04 July.
We will inform you through the press of the location of this activity. We ask you not to exceed 10 people in order to be able to respect the barrier measures decreed by the State of Senegal.
We can be reached at 338687475 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by email on [email protected]
